Effective April 1, 2025, we have finalized the absorption of our subsidiary, Stanley Tsuruoka Manufacturing Co., LTD. Furthermore, as disclosed on September 26, 2024, we have restructured our group’s LED business and optimized the management of our production facilities. Consequently, we are pleased to announce updates to the names of the following production bases.
