Amid rapid change and increasing uncertainty, companies are required to continuously create new value. With the belief that people create value, we recognize the need for each and every individual to maximize their potential. In light of this understanding, we established our human resources policy concept, cognizant that the source of our competitiveness is the capability of each individual. Working to enhance our sustainable corporate value, our goal is to expand by actively investing in human capital and bringing about the growth of our human resources and organization. We will create environments in which diverse and highly engaged human resources are able to take proactive action and demonstrate their capabilities.

Strategic Policy

To become a competitive company, we are pushing ahead with initiatives that improve the value of human resources based on our human resources policy concept, “Our source of competitiveness is the capability of each individual.” We will work to optimize our human resources portfolio by strategically training and recruiting the personnel needed to implement our management strategy. At the same time, we will maintain an environment in which diverse personnel can work with confidence, healthy in both body and mind, to build a solid foundation for human resources. Based on this, we will roll out measures that improve rewarding workplace and comfortable workplace, with the aim of creating “Self-motivated” challenge-driven human resources for increasing employee engagement. “Self-motivated” challenge-driven human resources are those who set out problems themselves and take on new challenges without fearing any change, to achieve their ideal stance. Becoming a group of “Self-motivated” challenge-driven human resources will allow for sustainable value creation, thereby “becoming a Competitive Company” and increasing our corporate value.
