CASE and other technologies are accelerating a major transformation in the automobile industry. For example, advances in ADAS* will expand the need for high value-added lamp systems such as ADB**. Stanley Electric performs integrated product development and manufacturing from light sources to systems. We have advanced our light sources from light bulbs to LEDs, and as we go on to the next step of lasers, we will utilize our unique optical, sensing, and light distribution technologies to supply the optimal automotive lamp systems.

Furthermore, as designs advance to meet the demands for reduced electric power consumption and thinner and lighter products in connection with the shift to EVs, we will respond by taking advantage of our strength as a lamp manufacturer which also possesses light source technology.

Headlamp - Motorcar

Headlamps illuminate the path ahead to give drivers a sense of security and to signal their presence to oncoming vehicles. They are essential for nighttime driving, but they also play an important role in vehicle design as part of the car’s front face. Brighter, more beautiful, and safer. In addition to the function of illumination, the headlamps from Stanley also work with sensors and systems to accelerate the realization of a comfortable car society.

Turn, Position and DRL Lamp

This shows the direction when turning right or left or when changing course, and is also used as a hazard lamp.
The use of LED improves visibility. We also offer products with unique lighting waveforms that combine functionality with lighting expressions that convey a feeling of life.

Motorcycle - Turn Lamp

The Dimming Turn Signal was created jointly by Stanley Electric and Mazda Motor Corporation.
It was first installed in Japan on the MAZDA CX-30 released in 2019.

Position & Turn Lamp

The two functions and colors (white and amber) of a position lamp and a turn signal lamp are realized with lighting in the same plane.
It lights up seamlessly.

Fog Lamp

In fog and other adverse weather conditions, a fog lamp secures downward visibility at a closer distance than a headlamp and prevents the delayed detection of obstacles and oncoming vehicle lights.
