For your change of address or name, the designation of a method for receiving dividends, the purchase of fractional shares or adding to holdings, and other procedures, please contact the account management institution (securities firm, etc.) where you have an account.

For the procedures regarding the shares recorded in the special account (*), please contact Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation, which is the account management institution. Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation also provides brokering services at its branches throughout Japan.

• Shares that were not deposited with Japan Securities Depository Center, Incorporated prior to the digitization of share certificates are recorded in the special account opened at Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation.

Please contact Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation to request payment of unclaimed dividends.
